Eric Gossenberger is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant since June 2013, Eric has held various positions within the establishment, including Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef II, Sous Chef I, Key Manager II, Key Manager I, Line Cook, and Lead Prep Cook. Prior experience includes roles as a Firefighter/EMT at Evesham Fire-Rescue from July 2009 to February 2018, and as a Line Cook at BRIO Tuscan Grille and McCormick & Schmick's. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, alongside a foundational education at Cherokee High School.
