Howard Thomas

Howard Thomas, PHR, SPHR-CP, CEAS, has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Field Services Manager at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company since May 2009, Howard has also held roles including Safety Management Supervisor and Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to this, Howard worked at Chicago Metallic from March 1996 to November 2008, where roles included Plant Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager. Howard holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, earned between 1991 and 1995.
