Mitch He

Mitch (Song) He, CFA, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company since January 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team in investment strategies and managing a $2 billion multi-asset class insurance investment portfolio. In addition, Mitch has been the Managing Director at iCubed Ventures, LLC since January 2019, a corporate venture capital subsidiary of Chesapeake Employers focused on enhancing value and experiences for agents, policyholders, and employees. Previously, Mitch held the position of Director of Investments at Horace Mann from 2009 to 2015, overseeing a $6 billion multi-asset class portfolio, and served as Sr. Analyst / VP at Keating Investments, LLC from 2004 to 2009, focusing on private equity and venture capital. Mitch holds an MBA and MSA in Finance, Investment, and Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.
