Jan Trevillian began their work experience as a Travel RN for multiple companies from January 2000 until 2005. Jan then worked as an Assistant ER Manager at Nashville General Hospital from July 2004 to September 2006. In 2010, they became the Director of CM/UR at Albemarle Hospital, where they led a team of RNs and MSWs in care management and was successful in reducing patient length of stay. Since July 2013, they have been the Director of Care Management at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.
Jan Trevillian earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pitt Community College, which was obtained from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Sociology from Salem College between 1983 and 1987. In 2012, they obtained a certification as an Accredited Case Manager from the National Board for Case Management.
