Wilma Brockington-Parker

Wilma Brockington-Parker, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PCC, is an accomplished executive and talent development coach with extensive experience in career transition training and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a coach at Lee Hecht Harrison since September 2017 and as an executive coach at Chesapeake Search Partners and Skillsoft, Wilma is also active as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Baltimore County. As the Managing Partner of My Workplace Coach, LLC since April 2016, Wilma oversees daily operations and contributes expertise in training and development. Previously, Wilma managed human resources activities at Verizon from January 1998 to March 2016. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a BS from Towson University.
