Phillip Criniti

Phillip Criniti, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since November 2023. Previously, Phillip held the position of Director of Finance at Lotus Midstream from July 2019 to June 2023 and worked as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Energy Transfer from April 2017 to July 2019. Prior roles at Sunoco Logistics included Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, Supervisor of Corporate Finance, Treasury & Investor Relations, and Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance, following earlier positions at Sunoco as Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Analyst, Financial Associate II, and Financial Associate I. Phillip began their career with internal audit experience as a First Year Staff member. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating in 2009.
