Bryan Hayes

Bryan Hayes is a seasoned customer success leader with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director at CHESS Health since October 2022, Bryan focuses on large-scale implementations and effective project management. Prior to this, Bryan held the position of Vice President of Patient Services at Bicycle Health, where responsibilities included overseeing non-clinical operations for the leading telehealth OUD Clinic in the United States. Earlier roles also included Director of Operations at Bicycle Health and various managerial positions at athenahealth, including Business Analytics Senior Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Success, where Bryan was instrumental in driving client relationships and operational excellence. Bryan began their career as a Compliance Officer at Bank of America. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University.
