Jacqueline Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. Jacqueline began their career in 1984 as a Blood Bank Technologist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where they worked until 1990. Jacqueline then joined the Transfusion Unit at Thomas Jefferson Hospital as a Senior Technologist from 1990 to 1997. In 2002, they joined Nemours DuPont Hospital for Children as a Blood Bank Technologist and worked there for ten years. From 2012 to 2019, Jacqueline worked at RBC Technologies, LLC as a Blood Bank Software Validation Consultant, where they developed and implemented software testing and validation plans. Starting in 2012, they also worked at Hahnemann University Hospital as the Manager of Transfusion Medicine Services, overseeing various departments and obtaining AABB accreditation. Since 2019, Jacqueline has been at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine, first as the Laboratory Operations Manager, and currently as the Administrative Director of the Laboratory.

Jacqueline Anderson obtained an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from Hahnemann University from 1979 to 1981.
