Prior to that, Ralph worked at Delaware County Memorial Hospital from 1986 to 2004 in various roles including Paramedic, Staff Nurse, and Nurse Manager. Additionally, from 1988 to 2001, Ralph served at Goshen Fire Dept as an EMS.
