Joe Fullerton

Joe Fullerton, Ed. D, currently serves as the Director of Career Technical & Customized Education at Chester County Intermediate Unit since December 2017, with previous roles including Assistant Director and Principal. Joe has been a School Board Director for Penn Manor School District since November 2013 and has been a member of PACTA since 2004. Prior positions include Principal at Bucks County Technical High School and Director of Curriculum at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Joe’s extensive experience in education began as a Program Development Specialist and Mathematics Instructor at Lenape Technical School. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Education in Administration and Fiscal Leadership, a Master’s degree in Education, and several leadership certifications from Pennsylvania institutions.
