Barry Brown

Barry Brown currently works as a Proctor at the University of Chester since October 2020. Prior to this, Barry served as a Duty Safety Officer at Chester Race Company Ltd starting from May 2019. With an extensive background in law enforcement, Barry served as a Police Officer at Cheshire Police (Cheshire Constabulary) from March 1989 to March 2019, holding the rank of Local Policing Inspector, Accredited Public Order Commander, and Detective. Barry attended Chorlton High School from 1981 to 1986.
