Nicholas Franklin

Nicholas Franklin is an experienced professional in the guest experience and visitor engagement sectors, currently serving as the Guest Experience Team Leader at RHS Bridgewater since May 2022. With a diverse background that includes positions such as Chester Zoo Operations Coordinator and Visitor Experience & MSI Fundraiser for the Science Museum Group, Nicholas has effectively contributed to creating memorable experiences for visitors across multiple sites. Previous roles include Designer at The Walt Disney Company and several capacities at Merlin Entertainments, where Nicholas honed skills in team leadership and set design. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Birmingham and a BTEC National Diploma in Spatial Design from Mid Cheshire College.
