David Pritchard

David Pritchard, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Performance Measures Analyst at Chesterfield County Police Department, where responsibilities include high-level analysis of resource deployment and management performance since March 2019. Concurrently, David has been an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University since January 2005, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. Previous experience as Cross-Divisional Project Manager in Chesterfield County involved managing significant projects across departments from September 2012 to January 2019. A lengthy tenure at Chesterfield County Police Department from September 1991 to September 2012 included various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Police Captain overseeing a division with 545 officers. David's military service includes being a soldier in the United States Army from March 1986 to November 1991.
