James Lamb

James Lamb has an extensive career with the Chesterfield County Police Department, beginning as a Police Officer and advancing through various leadership roles, including Property Crimes Detective, Police Sergeant, and ultimately serving as Appomattox Division C Platoon Commander. In addition to fulfilling daily patrol operations, James Lamb has overseen background investigations and recruiting as a Unit Commander for Police Personnel, while also managing civilian and sworn personnel. With a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Public Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Westfield State University, James Lamb combines academic credentials with practical experience to effectively lead and manage police operations.
