Laura Coleman Early currently serves as the Coordinator of Psychological Services for Chesterfield County Public Schools since July 2018, after a long tenure as a School Psychologist at Buckingham County Public Schools from June 1997 to June 2018. Laura’s experience includes conducting psychoeducational evaluations, providing individual and group counseling, and developing programs and workshops for staff. Previous roles include a Graduate Student Intern at York County School Board Office and a School Psychology Practicum Student at Williamsburg James City County Schools, along with a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Virginia. Laura holds an Educational Leadership Endorsement from Longwood University and an Educational Specialist in School Psychology from William & Mary. Additional degrees include a Master's in Education from William & Mary and a Bachelor's in Psychology with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
