Tony Coletta

Tony Coletta is a seasoned executive in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Chestnut Health Systems since October 2024. Previously, Tony held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Carle Health from July 2020 to October 2024, and at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center & Advocate Eureka Hospital from February 2011 to July 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Graduate Program at Elmhurst College, where responsibilities included designing and delivering curriculum. Tony's background also encompasses roles as an Organizational Development Consultant at Advocate Health Care, where key projects involved leadership performance management and the development of human capital metrics, and as HR & HRIS Manager at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare. Tony holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
