Melissa Hartman

Melissa Hartman has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Melissa started their career with Zoom Telephonics in 1998 as an HR Generalist. In 2002, they joined Chestnut Hill Realty as the Manager of Human Resources, where they worked for 11 years. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources at Chestnut Hill Realty, and in 2022, they further progressed to become the Vice President of Human Resources. Melissa's diverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR and their ability to successfully navigate through various levels of responsibility.
