Chuck Sawyer

Chuck Sawyer has over 25 years of experience in the field of event management and fundraising. Chuck is currently the Director of Development at Chestnut Hill School, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Curtis School from July 2016 to August 2021.

Sawyer has also worked as the Senior Manager of Special Events at the American Lung Association in New York from January 2010 to December 2011. From January 2007 to December 2009, they were the Special Events Manager at The Saban Free Clinic. Sawyer began their career as an Event Manager and Consultant at Kidd & Company from January 1994 to December 2002.

Chuck Sawyer works with Bryan Tyler - Artistic Director, Chestnut Hill School of Music, Diana Blazar - Interim Head of School, and Deb Bloomberg - Director, Nursing & Wellness. Chuck Sawyer reports to Tamara Schurdak, Head of School.
