Joni Angel

Joni has over 15 years HR experience derived from both Corporate and SMME exposure. Her holistic understanding of HR across diverse businesses has allowed her to make an insightful, strategic people impact on business. Joni holds a B.A. (Psychology) and B.A. (Hons) Psychology degree from RAU. Prior to joining the Chevrah Kadisha Group in July 2018, Joni managed her own HR consultancy for 9 years. She also occupied HR Management roles in several divisions of Discovery Health, as well as Recruitment roles in the Financial Services Sector. Joni is passionate about getting the best from people, through cultivating a collaborative company culture ripe for productivity and purpose.
