Brad Stump

Brad Stump is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Leading Performance Project Manager at Chevron since October 2006. Stump has a strong background in process improvement, digital innovation, and performance management, having held various roles including Completion Engineer, Operations Performance Team Lead, and OE Performance Engineer. Stump's expertise in Lean Sigma and digital solutions has contributed to numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing financial and operational performance across business units. Prior to Chevron, Stump held positions at Sara Lee Foodservice, Sercel, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership of Louisiana, Pellerin Milnor Corporation, and Penn Tran Corporation, accumulating a rich blend of manufacturing and engineering experience. Stump holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
