CHRISTIAN OBASI, PhD, MBA, is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a focus on strategy and technology development. Currently serving as a Strategy and Decision Consultant at Chevron Technology Ventures since January 2019, CHRISTIAN also holds the position of Product Manager for the Wells Digital Platform. Prior experience includes Vice President of Global Operations at Gulf Drill Energy and various roles at Schlumberger, where responsibilities encompassed technical sales and data acquisition. Academic credentials include a PhD in NMR of Storage Reservoirs from Oklahoma State University, an Executive MBA in Strategy and Energy Sustainability from Rice Business, a Master of Science in Earth & Environmental Science from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology and Hydrothermal Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
