Ernesto Belisario

Ernesto Belisario is an accomplished engineer specializing in crude processing and handling with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Crude Processing & Handling Engineer at Chevron since June 2024, Ernesto previously held various leadership roles at Protokol Group from January 2015 to July 2024, including E&P Portfolio Leader and Oil&Gas Process and Technology Consultant. Earlier in their career at PDVSA from June 2005 to December 2014, Ernesto progressed through various positions, such as Leader Front-End-Loading and Production Technologist, where significant contributions were made to production optimization and efficiency. Ernesto holds a Postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, a Master of Science in Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons from Centro Superior de Formación - REPSOL, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
