Evelyn Vilchez

Evelyn Vilchez is an accomplished leader in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience at Chevron. Since January 2011, Evelyn has held various progressive roles, currently serving as the Chevron Upstream Manager for Brazil, Suriname, and Colombia. Previously, as Country Manager in Mexico, Evelyn managed deep-water exploration projects and significantly influenced the lubricants and fuels distribution business, earning recognition as a key leader in Mexico's oil sector. Evelyn's earlier positions included coordinating business operations for Angola LNG and various planning management roles in Venezuela. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Tulane University, an MBA in International Corporate Finance from Universidad del Zulia, and completed a Management Development program focused on Energy Leadership at Rice Business.
