Kait Soehner

Kait Soehner currently serves as the Unconventional Planning & Optimization Team Lead at Chevron, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kait accumulated extensive experience at PDC Energy, Inc. over nearly a decade, with titles including Senior Manager of Permian Planning and Development, Production Operations and Facilities Manager, Senior Asset Planner, and Senior Reservoir Engineer, focusing on asset optimization, development engineering, and business planning. Before working at PDC Energy, Kait gained experience in completions and midstream operations at Encana Corporation, holding various engineering roles from 2009 to 2013. Kait holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
