Kristen Ghattas

Kristen Ghattas is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the energy sector, holding multiple executive roles at Chevron from November 2020 to July 2023, including GM of Gas Supply & Trading Americas, GM of Value Chain Optimization & Commercial for MCBU, and GM of Strategic Projects focused on Energy Transition. In addition, Kristen serves as a Board Member at Brightmark RNG from June 2022 to February 2025. Prior to Chevron, Kristen was Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Noble Energy and held several other strategic planning roles within the company from August 2014 to November 2020. Kristen began a career at Exterran as Senior Finance Manager after participating in the Management Development Program and had early experience as an Associate in M&A at Time Warner Inc. Kristen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management.
