Reiner Cruz

Reiner Cruz is an HR Data Management Specialist with experience at Chevron since January 2016, currently supporting service owner functions within the HR employee data management team under the workforce management product line. Reiner has a solid understanding of Workday HCM and has provided critical support through stakeholder management and cross-functional consultations. Previous roles include managing Workday HR Data batch loads and contributing project-based insights on reorganizations, integrations, acquisitions, and divestitures. Reiner also gained exposure to the US Benefits Analyst role, enhancing knowledge of the US Benefits and Compensation landscape. Reiner's career began with an internship at the Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance in early 2015, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies, Political Science, and Government from De La Salle University.
