Tom Wilbert is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Sales Development Program Manager for Chevron Lubricants since January 2007. In this role, Tom manages the sales development programs, overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of new Business Consultants, Business Development Specialists, Industry Specialists, and Lubricant Sales Interns across North America. Previous roles at Chevron include Business Development Specialist and Business Consultant, where Tom focused on sales growth and relationship management, achieving significant annual sales in finished lubricants. Before Chevron, Tom held positions at Fifth Third Bank as a Client Relationship Manager and at Fidelity Mortgage of Kentucky as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Team Lead.
