Anthony Hailey

Anthony Hailey has over two decades of experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Global Operational Excellence Advisor at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since March 2003. In this role, Anthony is responsible for the implementation of the Operational Excellence Management System across all corporate facilities and business units. Previous positions at Chevron Phillips include Technical Services Engineer for the Specialty Chemicals Business Unit and Senior Quality Engineer, focusing on operational and quality improvements. Prior to joining Chevron Phillips, Anthony worked at Rhodia as Operations Manager overseeing sulfuric acid production and hazardous waste incineration, and earlier as Manufacturing Programs Manager. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
