Dawn E. Norman

Dawn E. Norman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since April 2022, Dawn has held significant roles in both litigation and benefits. Prior to this, a tenure at ExxonMobil from September 2015 to September 2021 included positions as Senior Counsel, Operations Counsel (Secondee to Imperial Oil Limited in Canada), Supervising Counsel, and Litigation Counsel. Earlier experience includes a role as a Commercial/Employment Litigation Attorney at Winstead PC from 2011 to August 2014 and at Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP from 2008 to 2011. Educational qualifications comprise a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Texas State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Huston-Tillotson University.
