Dinorah Colmenares

Dinorah Colmenares currently serves as Global Talent Manager and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since July 2022. Prior experience includes over fourteen years at Vallourec - North America, where Dinorah held multiple roles, culminating as Director of North American Talent Management & Cultural Transformation. In that capacity, Dinorah directed cultural transformation initiatives and managed the full talent lifecycle while overseeing a diverse team. Earlier roles at Vallourec included Director of Talent Management & Human Resources, where Dinorah established company-wide talent management strategies, and other HR positions focused on enhancing HR functions and recruitment processes. Dinorah began the career at Coscan Construction Partners as a Human Resources Assistant. Dinorah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2000 to 2004.
