Kelsey Lamborn

Kelsey Lamborn is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel for Global Procurement at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since May 2022, Kelsey previously held roles at TC Energy as Contracting Lead and at Calpine as Sourcing and Contract Management Specialist. Kelsey’s career began with positions at Talisman Energy as Contracts Advisor and Eni as Contract Specialist, where responsibilities included negotiating contract terms and collaborating with various departments to mitigate risk. Kelsey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
