Tom Flynn

Tom Flynn is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical integrity and asset reliability with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a GTP Sr. Fix Equipment Reliability Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company since February 2018, Tom has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Sr. Asset Integrity Technical Specialist and Meridium Specialist. Prior to Chevron Phillips, Tom worked at Engineering & Inspection International, Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. as Inspection Superintendent, and held various positions at Acuren and Petrofac, focusing on project management and risk-based inspection methodologies. An early career at Mistras Group and TechCorr USA, coupled with military experience as Steelworker First Class in the US Navy, has solidified Tom's expertise in fixed equipment inspection and mechanical integrity. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lone Star College-Tomball.
