The leadership team at Chevron Phillips Chemical has a long history in the chemical engineering industry. Many of the team members have worked for various companies in different parts of the world, including Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA, Inc., Total Petrochemicals Feluy, Qatar, Fina Antwerp Olefins, and BASF. The team members have also received education from some of the top universities in the United States, including the University of Oklahoma, Villanova University, and Penn State University.
