Quercetin Resviratrol

Quercetin Resviratrol is an experienced wine expert currently serving as the Head Sommelier at Greenclose Hotels Limited since July 2021. With a strong background in wine management, Quercetin has also held the position of Sommelier at Chewton Glen since June 2013 and has served as Beverage Manager/Head Sommelier at the same establishment from February 2016 to February 2022. Key responsibilities include stock control, wine purchasing and pricing, wine tasting events, and maintaining the wine list. Quercetin possesses extensive knowledge in staff training and development, food and wine pairing, and building relationships with wine suppliers. Prior experience as Maitre d and Sommelier at Hand Picked Hotels from November 2010 to February 2013 further enriches Quercetin's expertise in the hospitality and beverage industry.
