Shreyas Chandratre currently serves as the Assistant Head Sommelier at Maya Bay Restaurant in Dubai, where responsibilities include managing a diverse and high-quality wine selection and enhancing guest experiences through personalized recommendations and wine education. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Sommelier and Sommelier at Cheval Blanc for the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group, Senior Sommelier at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, as well as earlier positions related to wine and service at P&O Cruises and Four Seasons Hotel. Shreyas has pursued extensive education in wine, including WSET Level 3 and studies at Bharati Vidyapeeth College, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies. Additionally, Shreyas has continued education with the Court of Master Sommelier.
