Deborah Guzman

Deborah Guzman, MSM, is a seasoned professional in account management and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager in Enterprise Client Solutions at CHG Healthcare since January 2016. With a strong background in national accounts management and recruitment for the CompHealth Perm Division, Deborah has achieved recognition as a President's Club Member and Million Dollar Club honoree. Prior experience includes roles at Kaplan Higher Education, where enrollment strategies for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences were successfully executed, and at TherapeuticsMD, providing pharmacy and inside sales support. Earlier in the career, Deborah focused on youth education and empowerment as a Skills Development Manager at FLITE Center and developed science programming as an Educational Manager at High Touch High Tech. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Greensboro College and a Master's Degree in Management with a specialization in Organizational Design and Development from Kaplan University.
