Jennica Christiansen

Jennica Christiansen has extensive experience in people operations, compensation, and HRIS. Jennica is currently the Head of People Operations at CHG Healthcare, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People Operations (Total Rewards, Analytics, HRIS) from February 2018 to October 2021.

Before joining CHG Healthcare, Christiansen worked at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. as a Compensation/HRIS Analyst from October 2010 to January 2013. In this role, they redesigned and managed the company-wide incentive compensation program and provided support in various HR-related capacities, including report building and compliance research.

Jennica Christiansen attended Westminster University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology.
