Jennifer Weitzel

Jennifer Weitzel is the regional manager at VetCor and has been in the animal health industry for over 15 years. Jennifer started their career as a practice manager at the Animal Medical Center of Ontario where they were responsible for the daily transactions with clients, banks, suppliers, and personnel. Jennifer coordinated scheduling, training, recruiting, purchasing, marketing, and bookkeeping for the veterinary practice. Jennifer was the liaison between the owners and support staff personnel. Jennifer loved working with clients in educating them about nutrition, prevention, and behavior.

In March of 2017, Jennifer transitioned to AMC of Ontario where they took on the role of regional manager. In this position, they are responsible for supervising multiple animal hospital locations and ensuring that they are running smoothly. Jennifer also provides support to hospital managers and works closely with them to implement new initiatives and strategies. Jennifer is passionate about their work and loves being able to help animals and their owners in their community.

Jennifer Weitzel began their educational career by attending North Central State College. Jennifer then transferred to Michigan State University, where they completed their degree.

They work with Andy Riddick - Regional Manager, Victoria Brown - VP, Practice Support, and Vanesa Rivera - Procurement Coordinator. Jennifer Weitzel reports to Steve Prelack, COO.
