Jon Pearson

Jon Pearson is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at CHG Healthcare since April 2021, Jon oversees multiple teams of software engineers and is responsible for various aspects of the company's Flex application, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, performance monitoring, and feature development. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Motorola Solutions from January 2017 to April 2021, managing teams and overseeing critical software projects. Jon began their career at the Center for Integrated Biosystems as a Software Engineer (Bioinformatics) Intern and further developed expertise as a Software Development Manager at Spillman Technologies from June 2006 to January 2017. Jon earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Utah State University in 2006.
