Ivan Yescas

Ivan Yescas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and sales support. Currently serving as Head of Contract Management at CHG-MERIDIAN since July 2013, Ivan has successfully led the digital transformation of the department and designed key performance indicators to enhance operational service levels. Prior roles at the same company include Assistant Manager Internal Sales and Internal Sales Senior, where responsibilities encompassed supervising operations, supporting the sales team during the presales phase, and analyzing transaction profitability. Before joining CHG-MERIDIAN, Ivan worked at Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior as an Executive Assistant to the Director, focusing on loan tracking and portfolio analysis. Additionally, Ivan served as a Product Leader at POP Services Marketing Agency, leading customer campaigns and managing project budgets. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and furthered education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
