Paulo Roberto Pagani

Paulo Roberto Pagani has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and leasing industry. Paulo Roberto started their career at Banco Norchem as a Leasing Manager in 1978 and worked there for almost 20 years. Paulo Roberto then joined CIT Brasil, formerly AT&T Capital Corporation, where they served as CFO and Operations Director from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they held the role of CFO from 1997 to 2000. Following their tenure at CIT Brasil, they worked as Chief Operations Officer at CSILATINA Arrendamento mercantil S.A. from 2003 to 2011, where they were responsible for overseeing leasing transactions and vendor programs. In 2001, they established their own consultancy firm, Portfolio Solutions-Consultoria Empresarial Ltda, specializing in leasing and cross-border lease operations. Since 2011, they have been working at CHG-Meridian do Brasil, initially as COO and currently as Sales Director, where they have excelled in developing new clients and structuring opportunities.
