Carl Middleton Bsc (Hons)

Carl Middleton BSc (Hons) is an experienced training and operations manager with a robust background in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Training Manager at CHI Aviation, Carl successfully introduced a learning management system and developed training content to ensure global access to up-to-date training for personnel. Previously, as Plant/General Manager at Eastern Michigan Industries, Carl led daily operations across two sites, managing production schedules and vendor relations. Carl's earlier roles include Mechanical Instructor for the Royal Air Force and Airframe/Propulsion Technician for the 432AMXS USAF, where responsibilities included training development and aircraft maintenance. Carl's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Lincoln and training from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering Cosford.
