Sharon Royne

Sharon’s responsibilities include strategic and operational accountability for all Human Resources operations for the Pacific Northwest Division. Sharon served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at CHI Franciscan since 2015 and became Vice President, Human Resources for CommonSpirit Health, Pacific Northwest Division in 2019. Sharon is a member of the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Washington State Health Care Human Resources Association. She is a Fellow in the Health Care Advisory Board Fellowship Program and holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources.
