Amanda Croot

Amanda Croot serves as the Division Manager of Talent Acquisition at CHI Health since January 2018, where roles also included Supervisor and Sr. Recruiter. Prior to this, Amanda was an Ambassador at Plexus Worldwide from July 2016 to May 2022 and held the position of VP Executive Recruiter at King Recruiting Services from March 2016 to January 2018. Experience also includes working as a Strategic Resource Manager at Grand Island Express (March 2012 - March 2016), a Human Resources Assistant at Standard Iron and Wireworks (August 2007 - March 2012), and an Employment Coordinator at Associated Staffing (2002 - 2007). Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Central Community College. Additionally, Amanda earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bellevue University.
