Robert Mendez

Robert Mendez has a diverse work experience that spans across various fields. Robert started their career as a Store Manager at The Buckle, Inc., where they successfully led a specialty retail store. After that, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at American Foods Group, where they managed all HR activities for a large workforce. Mendez also served in the Nebraska Army National Guard, holding multiple roles such as Executive Officer, Commander, and Officer in Charge. Robert later joined CHI Health as the Division Director of Hospital Based Services, responsible for strategic development and oversight of the service line. Mendez also served as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University Nebraska-Kearney ROTC, where they were responsible for program development and instruction. Overall, Mendez has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills throughout their career.

Robert Mendez earned a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with a Minor in Family and Consumer Science in Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1997. Robert later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Human Resources Concentration from the same university in 2015. In addition, they completed a diploma in Homeland Securities Studies Area of Concentration from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 2013.
