Prakash Pandey

Prakash Pandey is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the agricultural and food processing industries. Currently serving as General Manager - Operations and Plant Head at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group since September 2015, Prakash has previously held significant roles including Project Manager at Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, where responsibilities included setting up rice and vegetable oil mills, and Senior Manager - Rice Projects at A2Z Group, focusing on rice milling facilities and power plants in India. Prior experience also encompasses a role as Mill Processing Specialist at Olam International, managing factory operations and quality control, and Assistant Manager at Amira Foods Ltd, contributing to the commissioning of milling plants. Prakash holds a PGDBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University.
