Allison Van Houten is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Chia Project. Allison has also been a founding member at Chief, and held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Getaround.

Allison has been instrumental in Getaround's evolution from a Silicon Valley startup to a leading global consumer brand. Allison oversaw the company's re-branding and integrated campaign across 7 countries, 6 languages and 300 cities. This led to an increase in aided brand awareness by 5 pts. (+26%) across all U.S. Getaround markets in just four months.

Under Allison's leadership, the Getaround marketing team also grew significantly, from 2 to 20 people. Allison has also driven significant press coverage of key milestones for the company, including a $300M Series D round, the $300M acquisition of Drivy (the largest carsharing company in Europe), and a high-profile partnership with Jonathan Van Ness.

Allison Van Houten has an MBA in marketing and strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in communication and advertising from Boston University (magna cum laude).
