Andrew Lovitt

Andrew is General Counsel at Chicago Atlantic. Prior to joining Chicago Atlantic, Andrew was an attorney in the Private Credit group at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he advised lenders and borrowers in numerous finance transactions, including cash flow and asset-based transactions, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, recapitalizations, and loan repayments.
