Yana Aizenstadt

Yana Aizenstadt is a seasoned pharmacist with extensive experience in both long-term care and community pharmacy settings. Currently serving as a Staff Pharmacist at Chicago Behavioral Hospital since May 2017, Aizenstadt previously worked at PharMerica and Forum Extended Care Services as a long-term care pharmacist, where critical responsibilities included screening medication orders, providing drug information, and managing pharmacy workflow.
