Jennifer Holden

Jennifer Holden, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working as the Senior Director eCommerce at the Chicago Botanic Garden, where they manage digital applications that support marketing, development, visitor experience, and other departments. In this role, Jennifer oversees a team and is responsible for the integration of customer-facing websites, CRM systems, marketing campaign tools, and e-commerce transaction processors.

Prior to their current position, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Marketing at AMETEK, where they led two business units: Corporate Communications and Healthcare Product Strategy. As VP of Communications, they were responsible for brand management, marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness. In their role as VP of Healthcare Strategy, Jennifer was in charge of market analysis, product development, and strategic planning for new products and markets.

Before joining AMETEK, Jennifer held multiple roles at Rauland-Borg, including Director of Product Strategy, Marketing Manager, and Product Manager. In these positions, they contributed to product development, marketing strategies, and overall product management.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at Advocate Condell Medical Center in various roles, including Clinical System Analyst, Manager of Patient Access, Business Analyst, and Medical Biller. These roles provided their with a strong foundation in healthcare and analytical skills.

Jennifer Holden, PMP holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health Services Administration from Webster University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jennifer became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2005. Other certifications include being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), which they acquired from Global Knowledge in March 2018. More recently, they obtained the Market Manager and PMC Level VI certifications from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in April 2019.
